Never is the phrase ‘Consistency is key’ more true than in school portraiture. Inconsistent portraits make composites look amateur, annoy parents who have subsequent year’s portraits side by side, destroy your time and efficiency and the list goes on.

For families, ordering school photographs can feel beautifully simple: choose a package, pay and wait for it to arrive. Behind that simple experience is a production workflow that must turn thousands of image and order decisions into the right prints, inside the right packs, for the right students.

A well-designed package should make sense to families, photograph well, print efficiently and remain profitable once all the work behind it is counted.
