Step 2 – Quick Setup Call

You’ll receive a confirmation email with more info and we’ll organise a short call (usually 15–30 minutes) to:

• Review your products and SKUs
• Walk you through the export setup
• Set you up with an SFTP connection to the lab (how you supply images)

Step 3 – Test Order

We’ll run a test order together to make sure everything is working perfectly.

Step 4 – Go Live

Once confirmed, your orders will start flowing directly into production — automatically.

No more manual processing or back-and-forth.

Most setups are completed within 1 business day.
