Our FTP/QUOTE site is fast and easy to use.

 

Step 1.    Scan or photograph your old photos.

In order for us to give you an accurate quote on restoration of your old photos, just scan you photo or, if it is too large or you don't have a scanner, photograph it with a digital camera and drag the file into the window opposite. If scanning, set the output pixel size of one side to 500 pixels.Save the file as a .jpg.

Step 2. Organise your files

Put all the files you would like quoted into one folder. Name the folder your surname.(e.g. Smith)

Within that folder, create a new folder for each size print you require. eg 8x10, 6x4

Then, place the files for each of those sizes into their respective folders. For more info on how to do this click here

 

 

 

Important Note.

  • Files must be saved as JPG level 8 or lower.

  • No Tiff or PSD files. (surcharge applies)

Step 3. Send files to us.

Drag your file folder (Smith) from Windows Explorer or My Computer, into this window.→

A "Sending" progress guide will advise when complete.

Step 3. Send us an email.

Send an email to us with the name of the folder you have dragged into the window and outline what you require with the restoration.

This process works well with most PC Operating systems. Your firewall may need to be disabled.

Mac users should contact us to get information on other ftp options.

Be aware , the FTP window is a Public area, your files may be seen by other Photographers.

As soon a we get your email, we will move the files to a secure private folder.

Private folder logins are available for regular clients.

Please note. No prints will be made unless we have been notified by email or payment is made via the eGate Order Page.
